The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, user understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within above mentioned timelines.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like by Blue Dart etc.

 

How do you check the status of your order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delayed Delivery:

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Perch Technologies Pvt Ltd for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
